HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

BEFORE LODGING A RETURN, READ BELOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE:

For exchanges or returns, you have 14 days from the date of
receiving your order to initiate a return. You can choose to exchange the
product or receive a store credit. If the item you're looking to exchange for
is out of stock, a store credit will be issued automatically for the value of
the item purchased. Please note that store credits are issued for the item’s
purchase price, excluding shipping fees, and are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

To be eligible for a return, your return must meet the conditions below:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Adequately packaged for transit; and return label clearly displayed on parcel.

Once we have received your return, it can take up to
14 business days to be processed.

You must return the products at your expense. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
